Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to help elevate the user experience of our platform. You will join our tech team to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that delight sellers and enable seamless multi-channel commerce workflows. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of design, usability, data-driven insights, and AI-enhanced interactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Research & Strategy
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Translate insights into user personas, user journeys, user flows, and design requirements.
Advocate for user-centered design within a fast-paced product environment.
2. Design Execution
Create wireframes, prototypes, low & high-fidelity mockups, and pixel-perfect visual designs for web and mobile.
Translate complex concepts into intuitive, seamless, and engaging interfaces.
Design and iterate on interaction patterns and visual elements (buttons, menus, icons, UI components).
3. Collaboration & Handoff
Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
Prepare design assets, style guides, and documentation for development handoff.
Present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and AI-powered design workflows.
4. Maintain Design Quality
Ensure consistency across products with design standards, UI patterns, and component libraries.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to elevate our design practice.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of UI/UX design experience (product, platform, web/mobile apps).
Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, interaction design, and UI execution.
Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience designing SaaS or e-commerce platforms.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong familiarity with AI-driven UI/UX workflows and development processes.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Familiarity with usability testing and data-informed design decisions.
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,React JS) is a bonus.
