The Role

We are looking for a motivated  Google Ads Specialist  who is passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Generate leads through paid advertising campaigns.
Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.

Required Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads.
Understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Google Ads or Performance Marketing.
Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Experience working with lead generation campaigns is preferred.
