Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Senior CAD Pattern Master role based in Surat. The Senior CAD Pattern Master will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing patterns using CAD software to ensure precise fit, accurate measurements, and efficient material usage. Day-to-day work includes translating design specifications into technical patterns, grading sizes, preparing production-ready files, and coordinating with design, sampling, and production teams.

The role involves reviewing and adjusting patterns after fittings, troubleshooting pattern-related issues on the production floor, and maintaining organized pattern libraries and documentation. The Senior CAD Pattern Master will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that patterns meet quality standards, production timelines, and cost considerations.
Qualifications

Strong CAD pattern-making expertise, including creating, modifying, grading, and finalizing patterns for production.
Thorough understanding of garment construction, fit, measurements, and fabric behavior to translate designs into accurate technical patterns.
Experience working with sampling and production teams to resolve pattern, fit, and construction issues efficiently.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurement charts with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in maintaining organized digital pattern libraries, documentation, and version control processes.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and correct pattern-related defects in pre-production and bulk runs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, merchandising, and production stakeholders.
Several years of experience in a CAD pattern master or similar technical role, preferably in apparel, textiles, or a related manufacturing sector.
Relevant technical qualification or diploma in pattern making, fashion technology, textiles, or a comparable field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Surat and manage workload in a deadline-driven, quality-focused environment.
