Join the H&R Block team as a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. You will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences by answering phones, greeting clients, matching them with the appropriate tax professional, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service interactions.
• Maintain office cleanliness and help organize resources with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment.
• Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
