Asante Phase 2 is a new masterplan community of about 2,780 homes in Surprise, AZ. The community features a 9,500‑sq‑ft amenity center with a resort‑style pool, lap pool, fitness center, aerobic room, pickleball courts, basketball court, and green space.
Position Responsibilities- Provides direct receptionist support to all on‑site property needs by delivering the highest quality customer service to inbound callers, visitors, and vendors.
- Partners with the Administrative Support team and the On‑site Community Manager to effectively manage the front reception area and inbound calls as well as assist with various administrative projects.
- Filters inbound calls to determine appropriate direction.
- Greets all visitors/homeowners and determines their immediate needs.
- Monitors pickups/deliveries.
- Assists with event set up and break down as needed.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to offer support to administrative staff with ever‑changing needs.
- Proficiency in eliciting information from callers and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organization and tracking skills.
- Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer programs and company database systems, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), internet, and e‑mail systems.
- Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff at all levels.
- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written), and the ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.
- Sitting at work station utilizing a computer in an office setting.
- Walking throughout property/facilities as needed.
- Setting up, taking down, and stacking tables and chairs.
