Your Mission: The Front Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHW) by managing front desk operations, coordinating fitness and wellness schedules, and ensuring smooth program logistics. This position provides exceptional customer service, facilitates team communication, and helps maintain an organized and welcoming environment aligned with Sun Health values.

Front Desk Operations & Community Engagement
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide information about CHW programs and services.
- Schedule appointments and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating Sun Health behaviors and values daily.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from community members, residents, and staff.
Program Coordination & Administrative Support
- Manage fitness and wellness schedules for classes, programs, and events.
- Maintain accurate records, calendars, and documentation related to programs and services.
- Assist with supply ordering and inventory management for fitness and office areas.
- Coordinate room set‑up, logistics, and materials to support program activities and events.
Team Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate communication among staff and leadership to ensure smooth coordination of activities and services.
- Collaborate with team members to support wellness initiatives and special events.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a front office, administrative, healthcare or community‑based setting preferred.
- Experience working with older adults in a health or wellness setting preferred.
- Possess current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
