Job Description
The successful Warranty Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of warranty verification, submission of claims, and services related to warranties for parts or vehicles. They will ensure customer needs and service requests pertaining to warranties for units are completed and collaborate with department leaders to meet service goals.
Responsibilities
- Verify warranties of parts and services with manufacturers and the service department, keeping repair costs within warranty estimates and submitting claims.
- Maintain a positive relationship with manufacturers, service advisors, technicians, and managers.
- Collect proper information from advisors to expedite service.
- Keep accounts current and accurate.
- Make and answer phone calls and emails promptly regarding warranty issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer relations skills; full understanding of internal and external warranty processes.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
