• $500,000 guaranteed starting base salary
• Substantial signing bonus
• High bonus potential based on productivity and performance (50% of Net Collections past twice their salary)

• Flexible 4 or 5-day work week schedule (usually

• Additional revenue opportunities through collaboration and oversight of established PA/NP-led dermatology clinics (2 PAs will need oversight and will receive 25% of their clinic profitability)

• Experienced support staff and use of EMA (Modernizing Medicine) EHR
