The Client Consultant I is a full-time, on-site position based in Surprise, AZ. This individual will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking transactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate banking products and services, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role also involves processing transactions accurately, cross‑selling financial solutions, and adhering to banking regulations and policies.
Client engagement and teamwork are integral to the success of the role.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to build strong client connections and provide personalized assistance.
- Knowledge of Banking Operations, Financial Products, and Regulatory Compliance to deliver accurate and reliable service.
- Strong Communication, Problem‑Solving, and Active Listening skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Transaction Handling, Cash Management, and Multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a team‑oriented workplace environment.
- Prior banking experience and knowledge in financial systems are advantageous but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in finance or related fields is a plus.
