Job OverviewDaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease at our outpatient dialysis center. You will receive paid, extensive training, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and dialysis treatment to multiple patients each day.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring and recording vital statistics.
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines; exposure to blood and needles.
- Build long‑term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis topics.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Float between clinics as needed during and after training.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around blood, needles, acid or bicarbonate solutions.
- Physical and mental ability to work long shifts (12+ hours) on your feet.
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory.
- Desire to enter the health‑care field and care for patients in need.
- Certifications are a plus: BONENT, Certified Hemodialysis Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, etc.
- No dialysis experience required; training will be provided.
