Occupational Therapist – School Based

AB Staffing is looking for experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.

Speech Language Pathologists needed throughout Arizona:
Phoenix, Surprise, Glendale, Peoria, Litchfield, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and more locations

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university
• Must possess or be eligible for an Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a school and/or pediatric setting(s) preferred
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• BLS/CPR Cert

• Evaluate patients by observing their movements, performing standardized tests, and listening to their concerns to establish an individualized plan of care
• Provide competent care using exercises, stretching, equipment, modalities, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them to reach their goals
• Provide continuity of care by communicating pertinent patient information with the rehab team, physicians, and other disciplines as needed
• Document all patient care in accordance with department policies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

Contract through the 2025/2026 school year – 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar

$55-$60/hr doe and location
