Associate Director, Case Management

Role:
Associate Director of Case Management leading patient support operations within a biopharma setting, focusing on program management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement in therapeutic areas such as specialty or disease-specific treatments.

• Oversee team of Case Managers and Area Specialists, ensure operational excellence aligned with SLAs and KPIs, develop team capabilities through training, and serve as a liaison across patient journey stakeholders including Disease State Teams and Reimbursement partners.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance patient and provider experiences, maintain compliance with policies and privacy laws, and monitor performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees like PharmD, RPh, or PA preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or patient support sectors, with at least 2 years in leadership roles managing high-performing teams.

• Deep knowledge of Case Management, Patient Access Services, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

• Experience in specialty categories, provider/caregiver interactions, and managing remote teams; strong compliance and ethical standards.

• Focus on patient access, specialty or disease-specific therapeutic areas, compliance with healthcare regulations, and cross-functional collaboration.
