Technical Support Specialist

A Technical Support Specialist who only follows the script will be bored at NYU Langone; we want the one who rewrites it for AZ. This Gilbert opening trades 3 years and Phone Etiquette for $60,000 - $94,000, then layers on the ownership most listings only hint at.

• Grow NYU Langone's refreshingly-candid footprint one earned introduction at a time
• Nurture the slow sales marketing leads until timing flips in our favor
• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Gilbert region
• Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost
• Brief the Technical Support Specialist team on what's working in this week's market

• Roughly 3+ years operating in a similar Technical Support Specialist position
• Comfort being measured against a clear mid-level bar
• 4+ years navigating the politics that sales marketing work attracts
• Solid understanding of sales marketing best practices and industry standards
• An impact-driven attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny

NYU Langone grew up alongside its customers, scaling from a single Gilbert room into the sales marketing partner much of AZ now trusts. Our Gilbert team treats every retro like a chance to quietly upgrade how we operate.

Expect $60,000 - $94,000, yes, but also expect the kind of benefits and remote flexibility that make Mondays in Gilbert feel lighter.

We are growing the NYU Langone team in AZ and adding this position immediately.
