In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at Epic in Madison, WI. This role focuses on managing litigation and regulatory matters and on counseling Epic on legal strategy in a rapidly evolving industry.

Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided)

As a litigation lead, you will:

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents and present oral arguments.
• Lead settlement negotiations and manage litigation strategy.
• Handle regulatory litigation and advise on strategic responses to the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate legal risks.

• JD with 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
