NPHire is assisting Maui FQHC with a value-driven Nurse Practitioner position for an experienced provider ready to relocate from the mainland. You will work with a physician lead, RN, and MA to deliver adult primary care to a medically complex community.
Requirements include Hawaii NP license or eligibility, board certification (FNP/AGNP/AGPCNP/ANP), 1+ year independent practice, and Hawaii DEA registration with the clinic address. Onsite duties and weekly admin time are expected.
