Pay Range: $58K-$62K / yr
Employment: Full Time (Salary)

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Fat Cats, you will oversee all food and beverage operations across our grill, concession, bar, and private or company events. Your mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage budgets, and maximize sales while leading and developing your team.

Your day focuses on maintaining a high‑quality food and beverage experience, nurturing team members, and keeping operations smooth. You’ll work on everything from training staff to managing inventory, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities- Create and develop a Food & Beverage team through interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations of the grill, concessions, bar, and events, ensuring quality and consistency in preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure par‑level management for all food, beverage, and cleaning products.
- Ensure organization and sanitation standards are upheld in all areas.
- Comply with operational execution software, safety regulations, and alcohol‑related laws.
- Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings with the Corporate Food & Beverage Director to review sales, budgets, and performance metrics.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for food and beverage management and a talent for team development. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven leadership experience managing and mentoring team members, along with over 5 years of kitchen experience. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high emotional intelligence—including self‑awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and effective conflict‑resolution abilities—are essential.
Familiarity with safety regulations and food service standards is required, and candidates must hold Tips and SERV Safe Manager certifications.
