We are a brand new Elements Massage in Surprize, AZ and are looking for a Lead Sales & Customer Service Associate in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for fantastic sales leader to provide excellent customer service to our clients and grow our business. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
The Leader will be responsible for people management, lead management, outreach, and conversion, client experience, retention, and office management.
Lead Sales & Customer Service Associate Benefits:
- Pay $16-$18per hour depending on experience
- Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
Lead Sales & Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
- Manages the team schedule and gneral office duties
- Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
- Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mind Body Software experience a plus
- Membership sales an experience preferred!
