We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our business.
Responsibilities- Maintain and expand customer database
- Attend sales group meetings
- Capture accurate and complete information in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Quote and handle order execution from acceptance to completion
- Coordinate between customer and traffic dispatcher to ensure on-time delivery of material
- Communicate with customers regarding current market information and capture feedback
- Obtain and provide feedback on competitor pricing/equipment to management
- Establish credible relationships with new customers and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers
- Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly for new opportunities
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Rep to build a pipeline of opportunities and close sales
- Make outbound sales calls to prospect new customers provided by OSR/Management
- Note suggestions or complaints and communicate to the Quality/Operations group
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions
- Support the company's quality system

- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in inside sales
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills including typing, number keypad, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem solving and creative thinking abilities
