We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our business.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand customer database
  • Attend sales group meetings
  • Capture accurate and complete information in customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Quote and handle order execution from acceptance to completion
  • Coordinate between customer and traffic dispatcher to ensure on-time delivery of material
  • Communicate with customers regarding current market information and capture feedback
  • Obtain and provide feedback on competitor pricing/equipment to management
  • Establish credible relationships with new customers and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers
  • Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly for new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Rep to build a pipeline of opportunities and close sales
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospect new customers provided by OSR/Management
  • Note suggestions or complaints and communicate to the Quality/Operations group
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions
  • Support the company's quality system

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in inside sales
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills including typing, number keypad, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem solving and creative thinking abilities
