Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician
We are seeking a Service Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Surprise, AZ to support utility service operations at our Surprise Service Center. This role involves working directly with residential—and occasionally commercial—customers to coordinate service requests, meter installations, and panel upgrades.
You will drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites and customer meetings, serving as the key point of contact to ensure service requirements are understood, scheduled, and completed accurately. Strong customer service skills, comfort interacting with customers in the field, and solid organizational abilities are essential.
Experience in service-based industries—such as plumbing, roofing, construction, or utilities. A basic understanding of electricity is helpful, but comprehensive training will be provided.
- Pay Rate: $28-$30 (based on experience)

- Friday, 6am-2:30pm - Contract

- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, upgrades, and installations
- Drive a company vehicle to job sites for customer visits and field coordination
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to support service setup and power turn-on
- Assist Customer Project Representatives with intake calls and service coordination.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing or construction/service-based role
- Experience meeting customers onsite or in the field (preferred)
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and time-management skills
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus—but can be taught
