At Reliance Foundry, we are searching for a competent Accounting Bookkeeper to join our finance team on-site. Candidates should bring experience in managing billing processes, customs documentation, and understanding duty-related paperwork for machined goods. The role requires attention to detail and communication skills to effectively manage customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customs documentation and assist with Duty Drawback

• Review and calculate tariffs and related invoices

• Facilitate ACH payments to ensure timely transactions

• Resolve account discrepancies through effective communication

• Maintain accurate records for month-end closure

Requirements:

• Significant experience in bookkeeping related to tariffs

• Understanding of U.S. customs regulations

• Proficiency in Net Suite ERP preferred

• Strong organizational skills for financial tasks

• Ability to assist in financial audits and reporting
