Key Responsibilities:
• Administer complete bookkeeping cycles for MNP clients
• Prepare payroll and government filings, including T4s and T5s
• Conduct month-end and quarter-end closing processes
• Reconcile GL accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Liaise and provide functional advice to clients and team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Experience with cloud accounting software like QBO or Xero
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes
• Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop or Sage 50
• Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting preferred
