Become an essential part of Kadant Carmanah Design as an AR/AP Administrator in Surrey, British Columbia. Engage in key financial tasks, from accounts receivable to payable, while collaborating with experienced professionals.

In this full‑time, permanent role, you will support our finance department under the controller's supervision. This position is ideal for those looking to enhance their accounting knowledge within a publicly traded corporation. Work directly with Chartered Skilled Accountants and gain valuable mentorship while delving into real‑world financial operations.

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounts receivable tasks
• Process payments and customer invoices accurately
• Manage vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and special projects
• Facilitate departmental administrative support and record retention

• Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and solid analytical skills
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Robust communication abilities, written and verbal
• Familiarity with Epicor or ERP systems is a plus
