Allmar Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator for its Surrey branch. Reporting to the Senior Branch Administrator, this internally-facing position manages accounts receivable while supporting administrative tasks. You'll be integral in aligning account details, ensuring accuracy in cash applications, and coordinating customer interactions when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications efficiently
• Manage cash applications for project accounts
• Perform collections follow-ups on outstanding accounts
• Handle customer contract administration tasks
• Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in office or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail with numerical comfort
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of clear communication across levels
• Customer service experience is an asset
