As the Property Accountant, you will be responsible for owning the accounting books and ensuring all reconciliations are executed flawlessly. Collaborating with a skilled Controller and ops team, you will leverage your strong property accounting background. Exceptional comfort with Excel and property management software, like Yardi or Sage, is essential to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate property accounting books

• Perform CAM and year-end reconciliations with precision

• Work in conjunction with the Controller and operations team

• Guarantee clean and organized financial reports

• Utilize and manage property management software efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven property accounting experience required

• Strong skills in CAM and year-end reconciliation processes

• Proficient in Excel and property management software

• Must be residing in Canada with necessary work permits
