This role is vital for maintaining accurate financial records within the Accounts Receivable team. You'll work collaboratively with branch and finance teams to resolve variances and ensure precise client payment processing. Ideal candidates will bring 1-2 years of experience, strong numerical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily accounting operations and transaction processing
• Reconcile client payments, including cash and cheque deposits
• Investigate and resolve variances in postings and reports
• Process electronic client and finance company payments
• Complete daily tasks in Acturis and support interdepartmental workflows
Requirements:
• Post-secondary training in Accounting or Business Administration
• 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Service-oriented perspective to assist clients
