Your role will involve direct interactions with clients and government communications, positioning you as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll and maintain related remittances and filings

• Prepare T4s, T5s, and Records of Employment

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Identify discrepancies and collaborate on resolutions

• Communicate effectively with clients and government agencies

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in full cycle bookkeeping

• Familiarity with cloud accounting software like QBO or Xero

• Competency in basic accounting principles

• Experience with Quick Books and Sage 50 is a plus

• Relevant certifications or diplomas in accounting preferred
