This full-time role reports to the Administration Manager and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. You will be the first point of contact for vendors, resolving inquiries and discrepancies related to accounts payable. Your efforts will help maintain accurate records and support efficient invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payments
• Resolve A/P inquiries in a timely manner
• Review A/P aging reports regularly
• Manage weekly cheque runs and electronic payments
• Prepare and scan documents for billing processes
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in invoicing and accounts payables
• Attention to detail in documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Transportation experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
