Join our team as a Bookkeeping Specialist in Surrey, BC! This full-time position involves payroll processing, account management, and tax preparation.
In this permanent role, you will calculate payroll cheques and maintain meticulous financial records. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and a high school diploma. Being physically present at our Surrey location is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and calculate payroll cheques
• Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation
• Balance accounts using bookkeeping systems
• File accurate tax returns in compliance
• Prepare trial balances of financial records
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate needed
• 1-2 years bookkeeping experience required
• Must be a permanent resident or valid work permit holder
• In-person work at the Surrey location only
• Authorized to work in Canada
