We are looking for a Bookkeeper with 2 to 3 years of experience. This position requires calculating payroll cheques, maintaining general ledgers, and managing various accounts. You will also reconcile accounts and prepare trial balances, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and calculate payroll cheques swiftly
• Manage fixed assets and assess depreciation
• Keep detailed financial records and balance accounts
• Prepare trial balances and post journal entries
• Create statistical and financial reports as needed
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience required
• Familiar with both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks
