We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, or those in the latter stages of an Accounting degree. Proficiency in Odoo and a solid understanding of Canadian accounting principles are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor payments and accounts payable processes
• Issue invoices and track payments for accounts receivable
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for various accounts
• Prepare and submit GST/PST tax remittances
• Process bi-weekly payroll and related reports
Requirements:
• 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Proficiency in Odoo essential
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain communication with management
• Must work on-site 2-3 days per week
