Position: Accounts Payable Specialist at Sunrise Farms
Join Sunrise Farms as an Accounts Payable Specialist to play a crucial role in finance operations. Ensure accurate processing, tracking, and recording of payments while optimizing systems.

The Accounts Payable Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and is responsible for full cycle accounts payable across multiple locations. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to resolve vendor issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounts payable for various companies

• Process standard vouchers, 2-way, and 3-way match invoices

• Prepare cheque runs and EFT/ACH payments

• Reconcile bank statements weekly against cash book

• Organize and file paperwork accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience

• Strong data entry skills for high volume invoices

• Familiarity with SAP Concur or AP automation tools

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate across departments
