This role is designed for professionals keen to work on full cycle accounting tasks, including accounts payable management, financial statement preparation, and timely reconciliation of financial records. Your work will support various accounting functions while ensuring precise record-keeping and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle accounting, focusing on Accounts Payable

• Prepare accurate month-end financial statements

• Coordinate payment processing and manage invoices

• Execute account reconciliations for bank and credit cards

• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid asset records

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field

• Knowledge of Replicon and Quick Books Online is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
