Poultry Industry Accounts Payable Expert

Reporting directly to the Manager of Accounts Payable and Receivable, you will manage the full cycle accounts payable across diverse locations. This role emphasizes high-volume invoice processing, data accuracy, and vendor communication. Your contributions will support financial optimization initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full cycle accounts payable for multiple locations

• Execute cheque runs and process EFT/ACH payments

• Reconcile cash book with weekly bank statements

• Foster communication with suppliers and vendors

• Organize and file accounts payable paperwork properly

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience

• Strong data entry skills for handling volume

• Experience with SAP Concur or similar tools is advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset across departments
