As a Staff Accountant reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will manage vendor invoices, prepare working papers, and perform account reconciliations. Your contribution will support timely financial reporting and improve process efficiencies within our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and post vendor invoices according to policies

• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Process employee expense claims and payments

• Prepare Balance Sheet G/L reconciliations

• Collaborate with stakeholders for reporting support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Enrolled in CPA Professional Education Program

• 1-3 years accounting experience, manufacturing preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP B1 an asset

• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
