Position: Corporate Accountant Focused on Compliance
Drive accurate financial reporting at Pure Industrial as a Corporate Accountant. This role emphasizes IFRS compliance and strategic financial insights across organizational operations.

As part of the Corporate Accounting team, you will contribute to the monthly financial close process by managing account reconciliations and supporting audits and tax filings. Your involvement will enhance compliance and provide essential insights for senior leadership alongside operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed management reports and dashboards

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting

• Manage distributions and fund management processes

• Document processes and prepare technical accounting memos

• Support junior accountants with training and guidance

Requirements:

• CPA, CA, or CGA designation required

• 5+ years in corporate or public accounting

• Attention to detail with strong communication skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Yardi software is a plus
