Financial Accountant for Energy Sector

Join Solaris Management Consultants as an Intermediate Financial Accountant, focusing on financial operations in Surrey, British Columbia. This full-time position offers a blend of traditional accounting and compliance tasks, tailored for the Natural Gas and LNG sector.

In this role, you'll support accounting functions for our Mexico operations, preparing detailed financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. Your bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, along with a deep understanding of accounting software, will be key to your success in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full cycle accounting

• Prepare financial statements monthly

• Report compliance with IMSS and SAT

Requirements:

• Accounting/Finance diploma or degree

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Mexican tax and payroll regulations

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
