MNP, a leading Canadian accounting firm, is seeking a dedicated Manager for their Cloud Accounting Services. You will manage all aspects of cloud accounting engagements, guiding your team to exceed client expectations. With a focus on building relationships and applying innovative processes, you’ll be essential in driving both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise full cycle cloud accounting engagements
• Manage client file setup and administrative planning
• Ensure quality in cloud accounting services and troubleshoot issues
• Perform reconciliations of various GL accounts
• Onboard new clients while fostering strong relationships
Requirements:
• 6 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Quick Books Online Advanced and Xero certifications desired
• Strong understanding of accounting processes
• Proven skills in people management and leadership
• Preparedness for travel as required
