Position: Accounting Support Role
Join a globally recognized leader as an Accounting Support professional in Surrey, British Columbia, working three days a week on-site. This role focuses on supporting invoicing and billing operations in a collaborative environment.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2-5+ years of accounting support experience and a relevant educational background. You will engage directly with internal teams while ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices and financial records. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue billing invoices based on daily confirmations

• Manage returns, price adjustments, and maintain proper documentation

• Post invoices using Microsoft Dynamics GP and EDI platforms

• Ensure organized documentation for audits and monthly reporting

• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies effectively
Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in invoicing or accounting support

• Relevant education in accounting or finance

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency required

• Understanding of accounting fundamentals including reconciliations

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
