Support AFL Integria’s payroll operations as a temporary Payroll Coordinator, processing payroll for three companies with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This 3-month contract requires your meticulous attention to detail.
As part of the payroll team, you will validate employee timekeeping data and maintain records essential for accurate monthly payroll processing.
Your role will also include collaborating with multiple business units to ensure every payroll aspect aligns with compliance standards while managing sensitive employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prep payroll bi-weekly for three business units
• Validate and process timesheets using Alta and GP
• Maintain logs and assist with payroll corrections
• Reconcile and upload payroll data to Ultipro
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years payroll experience needed
• PCP certification from the Canadian Payroll Association preferred
• Solid understanding of payroll practices and compliance
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
• Great attention to detail and confidentiality skills
