You will facilitate the administration of the service department by maintaining job orders and generating relevant reports. This position collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and improvement of service processes. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job orders and service quotations
• Address customer expedited requests efficiently
• Create and maintain shipping documents and invoices
• Monitor schedules for Field Service Technicians
• Assist with general administrative tasks and reports
Requirements:
• At least one year in an administrative role
• Business Administration studies considered an asset
• Experience with warranty claims processing preferred
• Familiarity with mining equipment product lines is beneficial
• Proven strong computer literacy and attention to detail
