In this position, you'll be responsible for planning daily operations and efficiently scheduling appointments. You will also handle phone communications and ensure supplies are ordered and maintained. This full-time, on-site role requires proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and demands the ability to perform under pressure while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily office operations effectively
• Schedule appointments and confirm them meticulously
• Handle telephone calls and relay messages accurately
• Maintain supply inventory and order as needed
• Administer payroll functions and procedures
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
• Computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eligibility as a Canadian citizen or resident
