Options Community Services is hiring a Property Portfolio Assistant located in Surrey, BC. This full-time role emphasizes tenant support, administrative accuracy, and effective communication within a dynamic service-oriented team.
As a key team member reporting to the Program Manager, your responsibilities will include processing tenant income records, addressing payment queries, and managing various operational tasks. You will also support tenants with diverse needs while contributing to a positive community atmosphere through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process tenant income declarations with attention to detail
• Act as a contact point for tenant payment inquiries
• Review and manage chargebacks efficiently
• Maintain thorough records and databases
• Balance daily rent payments while assisting customers
Requirements:
• Minimum two-year clerical experience in public-facing roles
• At least three years in property management or related fields
• Knowledge of financial documents and social services experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently
