Join Finning Canada as a Service Coordinator in Surrey. This onsite, 12-month contract role involves streamlining repair operations and ensuring excellent service delivery.
As a Service Coordinator, you will manage Maintenance Customer Orders and coordinate with technicians, planners, and customers.
Your role is instrumental in verifying service requests, tracking job status, and ensuring documentation accuracy. You'll play a vital part in facilitating smooth operations while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify service requests and confirm credit approvals
• Maintain records in Case, WFE, and other systems
• Assist planners and supervisors during repair execution
• Complete necessary adjustments and document elevation of risks
• Schedule and lead job meetings, capturing action items
Requirements:
• Secondary education in business or administration
• 2+ years of relevant experience in related industries
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
