Experience 1 year to less than 2 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work option.
Responsibilities Implement new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Prepare contracts and other papers
Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
Consult clients to prepare contracts and project specifications
Computer and Technology Knowledge MS Excel
MS Office
MS Word
Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Who Can Apply A permanent resident of Canada
A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
