Fraser Health is seeking a Relief Full-Time Program Clerk in Surrey, B.C. Become an essential part of our health care team by managing staff schedules and creating supportive environments.
Ideal candidates should have four years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and training. This role requires clerical and administrative skills to maintain staff records, allocate relief staff, and facilitate various staffing requests. Help us deliver healthcare with respect and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust staff rotations for absences and vacancies
• Allocate relief staff using a computerized system
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and payroll records
• Prepare vacation charts and requests
• Type and manage clerical documentation efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Four years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong typing skills (40 wpm)
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Competency in operating office equipment
