The selected candidate must have 2-3 years of office management experience, equipped to oversee various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for delegation, prioritization, and coordination of office services while maintaining a dynamic workload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement administrative procedures and workflows
• Delegate responsibilities to office support team
• Ensure compliance with procedural standards and deadlines
• Generate reports, manuals, and necessary correspondence
• Manage office services including supplies and maintenance
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent oral skills
• Must possess a high school graduation certificate
• 2-3 years' experience in office coordination or similar
• Ability to supervise a small team of 3-4 people
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
