As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering organized support to Directors. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and aiding training programs to ensure effective service delivery focused on patient and community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential administrative support to Directors
• Create and manage a variety of important documents
• Coordinate appointment schedules and meetings
• Assist in the marketing of professional training programs
• Maintain documentation and reports for evaluation processes
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 plus administrative certification
• Three years' experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute
