Seeking a Full Time Office Manager for our location in Surrey, BC. This role focuses on administrative procedures, budget management, and payroll supervision in a permanent capacity.
As an Office Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience, your responsibilities will involve implementing new administrative procedures and ensuring compliance with budgetary controls. This position is full-time with no remote work flexibility, requiring you to be present on-site at our Surrey office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee administrative procedures effectively
• Establish priorities and ensure work is completed on time
• Assist in maintaining budgetary controls and inventory
• Oversee payroll administration and accuracy
• Control budget planning and expenditures
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
• 2-3 years of relevant office experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
• Must work at the physical location
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
