This 12-month contract position focuses on the administration of DMI teams. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring proper office supply levels. You will help create a welcoming environment that fosters collaboration and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
• Coordinate facilities and prepare meeting spaces
• Answer and route phone calls to the correct staff
• Document compliments and complaints for improvement
• Manage office supplies and ensure availability
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills
• 1–2 years of administrative experience is advantageous
• Degree or diploma in administration preferred
• Attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
Contribute positively to DMI’s mission by supporting team engagement and operational efficiency.
