Job Details

13761 96 AVE Surrey , BC V3V 0E8 - Salary: $30.50 hourly / 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full time - Start date:
As soon as possible
- Education:
Secondary (High School) graduation certificate - Experience:
2 to less than 3 years - Must work on site; no remote option.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay calls and messages - Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- MS Excel
